     Legendary Homes offers a "One Year Limited Builder Warranty"

WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS COVERAGE:

Legendary Homes warrants that for a period of one (1) year beginning on the Limited Warranty commencement date, the home will be free from defects due to noncompliance with the workmanship and materials performance standards.

SYSTEMS COVERAGE;

Legendary Homes warrants that for a period one (1) year beginning on the Limited Warranty commencement date, the home will be free from defects in the electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling and ventilation systems (exclusive of appliances, fixtures and items of equipment, which are listed in the limited warranty. These items are typically covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
